Cancellation Policy
Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £25 cancellation fee per room.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us for any refund to be made.
Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of arrival - half the total cost will be charged in full.
Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance of arrival - total booking cost will be charged in full.
This is the most that you would pay for cancellation at short notice. If we manage to fill the availability we will endeavour to reduce this as much as possible. . Where there are exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion, waive our right to compensation, limit payment to loss of deposit or provide a credit note against a future visit.
If for any reason we are unable to provide the booked accommodation or part of it, we will endeavour to provide an alternative in STB 3 or 4 star rated accommodations. Where it proves impossible to find alternative accommodation of that standard, we will provide the next best available.
A small Bed & Breakfast such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.
Check-in
Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival, and cannot welcome you prior to 4:00 pm. If check in cannot be made between 4pm and 7pm guests are urged to telephone and let us know. With prior notice we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, (but please note that on the day of arrival only) out of courtesy to other guests, no one will be admitted after 10pm.
